We would love to introduce you to our Elder Board! Every church defines the roles of its board differently. For us, our Elders serve as spiritual leaders who help our staff and church discern how to do ministry faithfully.

 

We meet once a month to discuss:

- Spiritual development and needs of C3

- Health of the church and staff

- Pressing issues going on in the church

- How to best steward the finances we are blessed with

- Building needs and business management

- Prayer

 

Your Elders care so deeply about you and pray for you often. If you see them around the church, don't be a stranger! All of these people are volunteers who live out our mission statement faithfully, "Transforming lives by helping people take next steps with God."
